Definitions

  • "Guest": Any person booking or staying at a property.

  • "Host/Owner": A person or entity who owns a property managed or listed by Sierra Vista Hospitality.

  • "Property": Any short-term rental unit listed through our platform or under our management.

  • "Booking": A reservation made through one of Sierra Vista Hospitality's designated booking partners

Scope of Services

We provide services related to short-term rental bookings, property marketing and promotion, property care and upkeep, guest communication, and administration of reservations and listings.

Booking and Payment Terms

  • All bookings must be made via our designated booking partners.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit, as specified.

  • Full payment may be required in advance, and details will be provided during booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation terms vary by property and will be clearly stated prior to booking.

  • Refunds are only processed according to the specific policy linked to your booking. Administrative fees may apply.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests agree to treat the property with care and respect.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

  • No illegal activities, smoking (unless stated), or unregistered guests are allowed.

Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-in and check-out times are set by the host and must be followed.

  • Late check-out without prior approval may incur additional charges.

Liability Disclaimer

Sierra Vista Hospitality is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or property damage during a guest's stay

  • Acts of nature, power outages, or conditions outside our control

  • Loss or theft of guest property

Property Owners and Vendors

Property owners contracting with us agree to:

  • Provide accurate property information

  • Maintain safety standards and habitability

  • Permit us to perform agreed-upon services

Use of Website and Content

All content on our website is owned or licensed by Sierra Vista Hospitality. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law
